Besides teaching in the classroom, I have a strong passion for exercise, traveling, and spending time with my friends, family and of course my dog Sawyer.

I am beyond thrilled to be working with the Spartan Community in helping you and your child reach your educational goals.

Jennifer Ball (RSP Teacher)

My name is Jennifer Ball. This will be my first year teaching. I just completed my Dual credential in multiple subject and special education. I grew up in Clovis and went from Mickey Cox elementary to Clark then graduated from Clovis High. I have done all of my student teaching in Clovis Unified and I believe that all students can learn. Students have the means to be successful as long as they are given the right tools to do so. Some personal things about me I am a mother of one lovely daughter that is 2 years old. On my free time I like to eat junk food and just spend time with my family. I'm excited for my first year at Tarpey. I hope that your child comes home from my classroom excited to tell you all about what they learned!

Lauren Wilson (Teacher on Special Assignment, Technology & Intervention)

Hello, Tarpey family! I grew up here in Clovis and graduated from Buchanan in 2007. I then attended University of Washington in Seattle where I studied Communication/Political Science and ran cross country and track. After I graduated I began coaching at Arizona State University while working toward my Master’s degree in Education. I finally found my way back home to Clovis and have been working in the district since 2013. My husband, Seth, and I have a daughter who was born last September and keeps on our toes! We also have a Doberman named Titus who is her best friend.  I am so excited for this school year and to help our students do some amazing things with technology!

Suja received her school psychology credential from Fresno Pacific University, where she also taught classes as an adjunct faculty in the School of Education. Prior to receiving her credential, she taught psychology courses for eight years at a community college and helped develop a student success program for at-risk college students.  Before entering the field of education, she worked as the Program and Policy Specialist at the Illinois Bureau on Domestic Violence where she wrote grants, coordinated, and managed state-wide and nationally funded projects focusing on violence prevention and intervention. In addition, she created a state-wide committee addressing the needs of ethnic minority women experiencing domestic violence.  Suja received her doctorate degree in Human and Community Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.  Currently, she lives in Clovis with her husband, two children, and two cats.
