In Clovis Unified we are devoted to giving students a wide variety of experiences in academics, athletics and the arts. Upper grade students can choose to try out for the annual school play. Experiences in elementary school productions often lead students to continue participation in the arts into their junior high and high school years.
Drama includes fourth through sixth grade students in good academic standing that wish to practice and perform a play or musical for the school and parents. Permission slips for Drama will go out the first week of school, with try-outs held soon after. Several school day performances and one evening performance will be help sometime in October. Practices for Drama will be held after school; Drama coaches do everything possible to accommodate students who also attend athletic practices.
